Im 3. Wiener Bezirk (Landstraße) biete ich in meiner Dachgeschoßwohnung für nackte Besucher ein Doppelzimmer für euch allein, aber auch ein "halbes" Doppelzimmer,  in dem das Bett auch mit mir geteilt werden kann, an. Naturisten mit und ohne erotische Erwartungen sind mir herzlich willkommen; alles kann und nichts muss sein.
Meine ca. 125m² Wohnung liegt sehr  zentral in diesem Innenstadtbezirk unweit des Hauptbahnhofes (ca 12 Min-Fußweg oder 3 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn). Die City  erreicht man in maximal 15 mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Straßenbahn, Schnellbahn oder auch U-Bahn). Meine Küche,  eine Dampfdusche und ein Whirlpool  sowie meine ca. 50m2  große Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Dächer der City stehen zur Mitbenutzung bereit. Im Preis inbegriffen  sind ein  reichhaltiges Frühstück und alle Steuern und Taxen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche liegen  selbstverständlich  auf. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten wie auch Einkaufs- und  Restaurantbesuchsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr lässt dich/euch den Flughafen in nur knapp 30 Minuten Anfahrtszeit (Wohnung bis zum Flughafen !) erreichen; in ca. 25 Minuten gelangst du von der Wohnung aus in die gay-szene-Lokale. Dein Gastgeber spricht deutsch, englisch und französisch.

In my roofapartment located in the 3^rd district of Vienna(Wien-Landstraße) I offer  for naked visitors a double room and/or  a "half" double room, where you could share the bed with me,. Naturists with and without erotic expectations are very welcome.

My approx. 125m² apartment is centrally located in the City, not far from the Central Station (only 12 minutes walking distance or 3 stops with the streetcar). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transports (streetcar or city train or metro).  My kitchen, Wellness-bath and huge roofterrasse with tremendous view over the City of Vienna  are available for sharing; breakfast, taxes and city-tax are included in the renting prize. For sure towels and bed linen are provided by the host. Some of Vienna s sightseeing highlights as well as shops and restaurants are within walking distance; public means provide you with connection to the Vienna International Airport (approx. 30 minutes from door to door) or within 10 minutes to the Central Station. The City Ccenter can be reached within 15 minutes, the gay district with its scene bars etc. can be reached  by public transport or even walking distance within approx. 25 minutes. Your host speaks german, english and french.
