roermond  (NL)

I am Gilbert and i live in Roermond. Its a nice historical and shopping city in the south of The Netherlands, 5km from Germany and 15 km from Belgium. Big cities are in the neighbourhood and easy to reach by train or flixbus. The station and busstop are on walking distance of my appartment. Also the big shoppingcentre Designer Outlet is just on 150 meters from my house. Eindhoven and Maastricht 30 minutes. Düsseldorf 40 minutes. Cologne and Brussels 90 minutes. Amsterdam and Rotterdam two hours for example. 
Guests can sleep on the couch or more comfortable in a (with me) double shared bed. 
Arrival and departuretime can be discussed. Breakfast is served. Dinner can be eaten together but not included in the price. Use of bathroom of course possible. Towels and sheets included.
The appartment is not only for the guests. The host lives also there.
Nudism required.
