Welcome to Bologne!
I rent my room (I will sleep in the living room) in a bright, quiet and carefully designed apartment.
For you, a cozy room with a comfortable double (160x200) bed for 1 or 2 people. The rest of the flat, bathroom and living room/kitchen will be shared only with me. If I need the computer or the wardrobe, I'll come into the room when you're not at home.
The flat is equipped with washing machine and dryer that you can use, heating/air conditioning. A sustainable behavior is always encouraged.
A complete set of keys will be provided so you will be independent. The degree of interaction depends on availability and mutual interest. However I will always be within reach for doubts or information.
In the apartment you can stay as nude as you feel comfortable while this is not an obligation: feel at home!
House rules:
- take off your shoes;
- smoking is not permitted;
- clean after you;
- avoid noise and loud volume;
- agreed guests only.
The house is located in a multicultural and safe district in the Northern part of Bologna, right out of the historical city center.
The bus stop is right out of the door and by bus you can reach the railway station in 10 minutes and the city center in 20 minutes.
With a short walk you can get to the fair district Bologna Fiere and to the main gay sauna (less than 10 minutes).
