Mauerpark, Rosengarten in the Humboldthain (cruising), Prenzlauer Berg nearby. To the gay area in Schöneberg in 20min, to Alexanderplat 15min.

 The apartment is located in the 4th floor of the front house of a typical old Berlin building without elevator. You will find a living room, a bedroom as well as kitchen and bathroom. All rooms can be used at any time.
There is no shame and no closed doors. Feel like home!

Available as sleeping space:
- Guest folding bed in the living room
- Airbed on the floor in living room or sleeping room
- second half of my bed (in individual cases / according to the arrangement)

- my double bed for couples (I sleep on the guest bed)
- space for your sleeping bag on the floor / max. 4 people (50% discount with sleeping bag)

 Note:  shared room possible.

In case of cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date the deposit of € 20,00 or the total amount paid will be refunded.
In case of later cancellation or missing check-in, the right to repayment of the deposit of € 20.00 will be forfeited. Additional paid amounts will be reimbursed.
