In 30 minutes walking you’ll be in the old city center, with the cathedral, the museums, tourist sights and all the bars and restaurants you could ask for. When I’m available, I can give you a small guided tour around the city, if you want. Keep in mind: I’m not the party animal. You’ll have to do that on your own.  

Staying at my place, you’ll have your own guest room with double bed and direct access to a large rooftop terrace. Or if you feel lonely, we can share my king sized bed. Bathroom is shared with me anyway. Bedding and towels are provided. 

Wifi is available everywhere. There’s a desk if you want/need to work from home. In the morning there is coffee and tea. On request, I can provide a small breakfast. You can use the kitchen and all its appliances, or chill in the living room and watch Netflix or Disney+ together with my 2 cats. 

Be aware that the house is old and rather big. In winter it is not possible to heat all the rooms to a comfortable temperature to be naked everywhere. But I can borrow you a bathrobe to stay warm.

• no smoking inside (there’s outside space to do that)
  
• no shoes beyond the entry hall (slippers can be provided)
  
• do not let the cats out (no matter how much they ask you)

Oh, one more thing. If I have time, I can give you a relaxing massage. Ask for details and conditions if you are interested.
